It is not new information that Bolivia is still losing millions of hectares of rainforest in the Amazon along with its rich biodiversity. The State’s indifference is nearly absolute and there are only a few that are still fighting for action to stop the total massacre of nature.
One of these tireless fighters is Alas Chiquitanas, a nature activist NGO, for whom we have created “Testimonials of Nature.” This campaign exhibits the crude reality of the rainforests of Bolivia since the devastating wildfires began in 2019, which are still ongoing. The campaign consists of four testimonials which are provided by real protagonists and they narrate the painful disaster.
This campaign encourages people to report the wildfires and burning to prevent the further disappearance of nature and its surroundings.
