Description
For too long, Nazis have managed to spread their ideologies and racism legally and without restriction. How? With abbreviations and coded messages printed onto merchandise, such as hoodies and T-shirts. Only messages and codes that have been banned via long-term political and legal processes are punishable by law.
We fill this legal gap with the help of trade mark law. We have secured the rights to the Nazi abbreviations and therefore also the rights to use the codes. First and foremost those of their bestseller ‘enness’, the phonetic spelling of NS – National Socialism.
