Wasn't there an mtv campaign just like this?…mh…yes, it was.

can some one explain to me?
I presume the idea is:
- It looks like a regular commodity price chart, in this case the price of gold.
- The price of gold goes up during the One Show Festival.
- This is because gold "supply" is limited due to all the gold awards being given out (notably to BBDO) during the One Show period.
Is this a good ad? Not in my humble opinion.
