It's a little simplistic, but at least easy to get.

I think its very confusing.
What sign are they talking about? Is the girl deaf or not deaf? Why covering ears?
This wasnt thought through properly
Saying what?
This is also an ad for Yahoo since it looks like the 'It's You!' campaign?

is it scientifically true that "This is not a sign for deafness. It's a sign for the cure." ?

Not strong as it's suppoused to be
i feel mean saying this but NO ME GUSTA NADA!
is it meant for kids who are hard of hearing or kids who are deaf? i mean i dont see enough clear message in it to make the target audience go and type in the bloody website. i think it lacks clarity since you are leading this ad to something serious. Its just not any product! Right?
And then GOD said...
Let there be creativity!!!
