You won't understand the ad unless you pay close attention. Have you noticed that all these objects (potato bag, donut, etc) are placed on a couch? For a good reason. Eating potatoes/donuts or drinking beer AND having a sedentary life (say, sitting on a couch most of the time) would make you fat. Great campaign! Just wish the logo wasn't so ornate.
I think this series don't persuasive the target to go to the gym directly, it's kinda like just.. playing with a big bag of potatoes and so on, and so on..
