Tommy, my guess is that they are playing up the fishing and rodeo aspects of the event. I don't care for the retouching on the image though. Why not just really stick the lures through a Stetson, instead of doing a poor Photoshop job? And if you are going to do PS on it, make sure it's accurate. The lures have no shadows. It looks totally fake. Take some time and pride in what you do, and make it look good.
