good one. But executed in 80's style. Was it intentionally?
Not a huge fan of the lighting. Needs more contrast, dynamics. The woman's skin tone needs to jump out at the viewer.

It's 80's because digital manipulation was not in use then. Could have used some more softening or some lighting effects in the image, with the help of digital technology. I think that's what they meant. It sure has the 80's feel on it.
I am not saying the ad is bad though.
it's not the matter of critique. I said that idea is lovely. Photo style reminded me 80's style (you know pictures taken through stockings or something like that). I didn't judged that choice – only point that out. I consider it's minus because we're moving on, but… dometimes it's a matter of gustibus, isn't it?

No, but without some sort of digital retouch, it easily looks 80´s Think that´s what they meant.
