Nice set of ads... makes consumers get involved, and then surprises them at the end

To be honest, I'm not really sure what the ads are trying to say. Feels like there's something missing in the line perhaps?...Maybe it's just me though...
Maybe it's saying we easily find the broken little items, but more serious happenings not that easily.
