If you don't know anything about this technology, this is the only one that really gets the point across. If this was placed in doctors magazines with them as the target, then I think it would work perfectly. If it was placed targeting consumers, it wouldn't work at all. But Radiology centers are all referral-based anyway with few walk-ins, so I'm sure this campaign is targeting primary care doctors. If so, great idea and well done.

When was the last time you saw an ad for an MRI in Entertainment Weekly? Of course it's a targeted ad. It's also likely not going to primary care but to specialists and radiologists.

As for the ads, meh. I don't think there is anything distinguishing about them. Assuming there are other models and makers out there, what's unique about this one?

If this campaign targeted doctors, the headline wouldn't say "YOU", as in "I'll slice YOUR heart". They're talking to the patient about how fast the scan will be. Which is: A) the wrong audience and B) mean and heartless.
