Agreed. They make the viewer make too many connections. What does toilet usage have to do with common reasons for visiting an urgent care facility? Is it just supposed to be funny?

You think there are too many connections? Man leaning over to look at muscular mans privates while they're peeing = him getting hurt = needing urgent care. Unless I'm getting it wrong. That's how I see it. But yes, I think overall it's meant to have a humor appeal.

I think they are fabulous... even if they aren't one of the main reasons one visits an emergency room. They catch you off guard a bit and I like that.
