My reaction to this is one like you have when you see a big hit in sport and the person goes down like a ragdoll. If this is for people walking along that path to read, why is everything facing away from the path...

Are there any message at the back of the speech bubbles?

It look like these things are facing inwards, away from the walkway.

That's the entire agency there, walking in the street.

While I've done a similar campaign back in the day (literally using foam core talk bubbles), I have to say the "I can't feel my feet" line made me shoot coffee out of my nose.

Just because its been done before doesn't make it irrelevant, just not unique. It's still a clever application of the concept.
