Rohan Builders, one of India's leading construction companies, has a unique proposition called PLUS Homes for their residential projects. An apt abbreviation, PLUS stands for Perfect ventilation, Lively light, Utmost Privacy and Smart spacing, a plus anybody would love to have. And the objective was to portray PLUS homes in the best and most efficient manner.
What is PLUS?
Perfect ventilation ensures balanced cross-ventilating windows and ducts across one’s home. Lively light focuses on spreading natural light across one’s home for as long as possible. Utmost privacy keeps one’s sanctity of their home within their home and not for anybody else to see. Smart spacing gives ample carpet area to one’s house by pushing beams and other support out of sight.
What ensued?
The brand is very proud of its design prowess and wants to communicate the unique PLUS feature in the subtlest and most minimalistic ways. The team at Changing Tree came up with an innovative angle to show the various features of the home using simple insights and frames which was received with a massive smile. Each video’s uniqueness is its dual frame animation style that uses minimalism to paint a full-fledged picture of how it’ll live in one of Rohan’s homes.
