Description
Following a tender process, happn, the real-life dating app, has chosen the independent agency Steve to design and produce its new creative campaign.
In a world where digital fatigue is increasingly being felt and the desire for real connections is taking over, happn has established itself as the dating app that invites people to disconnect from their screens and make the most of real life with its ability to match users based on locations where they've crossed paths. Single people want to go out, live life to the full, share moments with their loved ones, explore their city, dance, laugh... all while simply keeping their phone in their pocket.
happn transforms everyday life into a place for authentic encounters, enabling singles to meet up with people they meet in real life. By celebrating the spontaneity and beauty of natural interactions, the brand illustrates this state of mind in the campaign designed by Steve, further affirming its place in popular culture.
The production was entrusted to No Maybe Yes (Eddy production), who captured these everyday moments as opportunities to meet people we'll want to meet again via happn.
Digital, VOD, VOL (20s and 15s formats) and PR (30s format) release is scheduled to start on 24 January, followed by an OOH campaign on spring period.
“happn embodies an approach to dating where technology gives way to authentic human connections. We believe that the best encounters come from the spontaneity of everyday life, and this is our vision: to help singles reconnect with real life, in their town, as they walk along”, explains Karima Ben Abdelmalek - CEO - happn.
“ All the players in the market are starting to talk about real life, but the truth is that happn is the only brand that can really claim this thanks to its unique model, which makes it a great popular brand,” adds Guillaume Lartigue - co-CEO and Executive Creative Director - Steve.
This professional campaign titled 'Cross paths with people in real life' was published in France in February, 2025. It was created for the brand: Happn, by ad agency: Steve.
