My name is Thomas and I am an award winning creative with a background in art, design and computer science. In 2020 I was listed as one of the top 10 best Creative Directors worldwide in Lürzer’s Archive. Overall I have over 17 years of experience in the advertising industry. I’m currently residing in Berlin, Germany, working as an Executive Creative Director at the international advertising agency DDB. My job is not just something I „have to do”, it’s my passion and what I love. I get inspirations from my surroundings, especially from movies, comics and video games… or just walking around with eyes wide open. Helping other creatives to grow and pushing them to come up with their very best creative product is also extremely important for me - because I believe in good teams. Also, I’m a leader, not a boss. I firmly believe this is an essential criteria that makes a difference.
