In an effort to help ease the blood shortage in NYC, we teamed up with world-renowned chef and creator of the cronut, Dominique Ansel. In collaboration with New York Presbyterian, he created the 3 Lives Bar, a chocolate bar you can only get if you donate blood.
Each blood donation can save up to three lives, and we received over a thousand donations in the span of one week.
