Description
In 2017, fentanyl claimed the lives of over 1400 people in B.C. In 2018, 81% of overdose deaths involved fentanyl. It’s becoming more and more evident that this is not just an issue that effects heavy drug users, with traces of fentanyl being found in drugs popular amongst teenagers like Molly, Cocaine, and counterfeit prescription drugs, like Xanax.
The Vancouver Police Department partnered with TAXI Vancouver to create a fentanyl awareness campaign to show teens that they’re gambling with their lives when they take drugs. ‘Flirting With Death’ came from the insight that there is no way to know what’s in the drugs they’re taking, regardless of how invincible they think they are.
This professional campaign titled 'Flirting With Death' was published in Canada in December, 2018. It was created for the brand: Vancouver Police Department, by ad agency: Taxi. This Film medium campaign is related to the Public Interest industry and contains 1 media asset. It was submitted almost 6 years ago.
