For New Look, Canada’s leading eyewear company, the total solar eclipse that passed over parts of North America – including Montreal, Canada – on April 8, 2024, was a stellar opportunity to remind viewers: Eye safety is more important than style.
So at 2:14 p.m., as the eclipse began in the greater Montreal area, the company’s OOH ads temporarily eclipsed style to communicate a totally different message.
