The "Don't Miss A Grain of Change" campaign by Finlay, a 128-year-old trusted brand in Bangladesh, addresses a crucial issue in breast cancer awareness. In Bangladesh, 98% of women are unaware of how to perform a self-check due to the lack of visual guidelines, often restricted by religious and cultural sensitivities. Finlay, with its reputation for quality and health, wanted to create a unique way to bypass these barriers and provide a visual representation of breast cancer symptoms without violating cultural sensitivities.

The campaign uses Finlay’s white, red and black fibre rice grains to depict the subtle signs of breast cancer, such as puckering, lumps, inversion, ulceration, and rashes, showing how small but significant these signs can be. Each key visual features a breast-shaped image formed with rice grains, symbolizing how something as everyday as rice can be used to convey important health information. The tagline, "Just Like Grains, The Signs of Breast Cancer Can Be Small. Don’t Miss Them," emphasizes the importance of noticing even the smallest changes.

By aligning its fiber rice products with this health message, Finlay promotes both nutrition and breast cancer awareness, positioning itself as more than a food brand.
