Challenge:
The pandemic caused a shift in the way teaching is done. People had to
move from a traditional way to online learning. Classplus created a
platform for teachers and coaching institutes to tackle this change
but very few people knew about it. We had to make sure that we
create brand awareness through the right mediums and build the
credibility of the brand.
Insight:
Many teachers were finding it difficult to reach out to students and
as a result, many coaching businesses saw a monetary loss. But one
thing that was growing was content creators and their followers.
People were looking for solutions from such influencers.
Idea:
To make our consumers understand the need of upgrading to a
different way of working, we had to make sure that they are
influenced by a relatable personality. For us, that was Vivek
Bindra. An entire video was created as a case study.
