It’s been just over a month since Jason Momoa paddled into our hearts, declaring himself Yas Island’s new Chief Island Officer after the departure of Kevin Hart and promising to help everyone #LiveItUpLikeMomoa.
Since then, we’ve seen him terrified of the rides at Ferrari World, almost equally terrified of a grandma at Yas Waterworld, find enlightenment at Yas Marina Circuit, and cosplay as Batman at Warner Bros World.
At each step, he’s managed to go bigger, crazier, and possibly even funnier than his predecessor Kevin Hart. No small feat, but Jason Momoa is truly larger than life. More importantly, in delighting and surprising us he’s helped make Yas Island look like the world’s greatest entertainment destination.
How long will we have the new CIO? It’s hard to say, but one thing’s for sure: it’s been a lot of fun watching him.
