Al Amar Lebanese Cuisine

Agency: Mustache

Al-Amar Lebanese Cuisine's new Uttara outlet introduces authentic Lebanese dining through a cultural storytelling approach. Instead of featuring food, the campaign places Lebanon's iconic Baalbek ruins inside a traditional dining plate, symbolizing that every dish carries the history, heritage, and identity of its homeland. The visual invites diners to experience not just Lebanese cuisine, but the stories behind it.

Description

When people think of Lebanon, they often think of its rich history, timeless architecture, and cultural landmarks. To introduce Al-Amar's new outlet in Uttara, we wanted to bring a piece of that heritage to Bangladesh—not through a travel advertisement, but through food.

The visual transforms a dining plate into a storytelling canvas. At its center stands the iconic ruins of Baalbek, one of Lebanon's most celebrated historical landmarks. By placing the monument inside a traditional Lebanese-inspired plate, the execution symbolizes that every dish carries centuries of culture, history, and identity.

Rather than showcasing food directly, the campaign invites audiences to experience Lebanon through its stories, traditions, and culinary heritage. The deep red palette evokes warmth, luxury, and the richness of Middle Eastern hospitality, while the minimalist composition keeps the focus on the connection between place and taste.

The launch communication positions Al-Amar Uttara as more than a restaurant—it becomes a destination where authentic Lebanese culture is served alongside every meal.

People don't just consume food; they consume culture.

By turning a national landmark into the centerpiece of a dining plate, the campaign visually communicates that authentic cuisine is inseparable from the history and identity of its homeland.

Traditional Lebanese-inspired plate design
Monument integrated as the "dish."
Rich burgundy background reflecting warmth and premium dining
Minimal typography to allow the visual metaphor to lead the narrative
Elegant editorial aesthetic suitable for premium restaurant branding

"Now, we are bringing the authentic taste of Lebanon."

"Another landmark. Another story told right."
