Yeh that's cool, the over-tme bit seals the deal.

Could work as a public ashtray campaign in the UK

Heh. Wish I had one of these.

BTW, the "lungs-as-ashtray" deal was in every award book years ago.

Not digging it, seems a bit forced.

Agreed. Seems like it should have been a great idea, but speaking as a smoker, I really feel it's rather contrived.

Perhaps it's because the pair of lungs are actually helping to light up a cigarette? Whereas the ashtray plays a passive role and shows what the smoker does to it, instead.

it's like contradicting... telling them the harm and offering them a light. and contrived too. don't know...

No matter wat you do,
33% of the people will love it,
33% of the people will hate it,
And the rest won't give a fcuk.

tell you the problem. by the time the lung gets black, the smoker would have lit the cigarette and moved of. to the others seeing it get black, it means nothing. the idea is good only if it is effective for the smoker liting the cigarette and unfortunately it doesn't hold up. nice try though.

Too forced!

I hate to be one to cry 'done' but I'm almost positive I saw this a couple years ago. I think it was in the One Show award annual with the devil on the cover; must have been 2005 or 2006.

The execution is almost identical and that piece was from India as well, if my memory can be trusted.
