It's a poor man's Amnesty International shopping channel ad. I think there's a hint of something excellent here, but the the message is clouded between wanting to help them fight, and letting them fight. The beginning (helping them to fight) is far better than the the rallies for children to be able to fight (letting them fight). It's believable, that's the scary thing.
