I like the idea. The message conveyed is quite strong but I don't believe the created emotion is the proper one.

Maybe you should have tried with wolf and rabbit or bully with some skinny kid, etc. where once closing on to another vehicle you'll get the signalisation for precaution and keeping distance.

Not sure that this would have actually aired, due to the laws in most EU countries regarding soft toys on dashboards. Therefore, it's most probably scam.
