Note: it is actually a hip-hop/rap song, i cant find the instrumental.

I can't tell you who the speaker is, because I only know the german (austrian) Version of this ad... but it's one of the best ads I've ever seen

Lets get things straight shall we?
The narrator is Phil Tufnell, and the music is "The Love Song" by K-Os. The retail version is available through the earlier link, but the orchestral version used in the ad doesn't seem to be available anywhere.
Cynical view: Could be a gimmick to get people to buy the album, rather than listen to one song for free...

The voiceover differs according to which country you are in. Seems pretty sensible spending a small fortune on a great ad, then 'nationalising' it for each market using the voiceover. Our (NZ) voiceover is by Dave Gibson of Elemeno P.
