It was just a little light whimsical short. Thought it was kind of nifty. Maybe needs a little more clarity to tie it together though or maybe just go further with the idea, such as a series of these with a similar light feel... Still, not bad.
It doesn't mean not to do motion, but that drinking good water helps you stay healthy as do motion.
