I guess you've never produced a TV spot then. This list is pretty typical of the amount of people that touch a TV spot before it goes to air. This credit list is just a bit ridiculous as they mention EVERYBODY.

Seems to use a lot of stock art some of them rather old. The ice hockey shot shows the team of "CCCP" (Soviet Union - for the last decades known and playing as Russia, this shot must be 20 years old or so...). So many guys in the production overhead and then this to save some bucks in licensing costs?
Can't USA beat Russia ever since?
I don't understand that much old footage usage...
