@karruza no, the idea is not to say that they should be given businesses. What the advert is saying is that these dictators don't just merely retire when they reach a certain age. The ad is a play on the real life situations of retired old people who for instance open up a shop or just intensify their hobbies. We all know that Hitler didn't retire or stop, he died, same thing applies to Saddam and Gadaffi.

That's why the ad says; Dictators don't stop.

the approach is interesting but the message and the impact is a little bit awkward for me, okay so those dictators now have those "good" business, and then you show me another dictator that still running tyrant? so we should stop him by giving him another good business?

Very good intention - and good, creative start - the end though is a bit too "cautionary" - they should have found a way like they started to get this important messyage/fact through a bit deeper ! Still good, but could have been a lot better - and should because the message is very relevant !

I'm so sorry that some people don't get it, and need things to be spelled to the point of creative dullness. This ad speaks straight to the intelligent, uses good humor to make an important point.

The only catch here is the real-life reminder, with stark images that don't quite fit the ad in the design sense. I thought, for a split second that it wasn't the same ad. But, as a statement, I get that it needed to be there.

Good work. Keep it up!
