There were a few seconds & a few elements that were good, the rest falls under" artsy".
Too bad they lost the momentum of delivering the message, they sign up for: "There's nothing quite like a real book"
THERE'S NO HEAVIER BURDEN THAN A GREAT POTENTIAL
I want to like this, because I like the message. I'm not resisting the e-book movement, but it just hasn't won me over. I do like the tactile feel of a real book. This ad is fun to watch. I get some warm fuzzies. I'm awed by the work that must have gone into it.
But I have to admit: there's nothing here that sells books.

Books are dying. They will still be around in 50 years time, but in a limited, "collector's" positioning. Much as I like the stop motion and the very moving sound design in this, I see no real insight into the book vs ebook battle. I love books, and I have always loved the fact that you can smell a new book, but you cannot smell a kindle. But, were I a kindle convert, I wouldn't go back to books after seeing this.
very touching as for me! maybe because I'm one of that type of weirds that adore real books - nothing will replace for me a pleasure of reading a real paper book in the evening sitting in a chair with a cup of something hot and yammie )

Nice reflection on the charm of a book. Could be even better.
This took many months to pull off.
Should've spent as much time on creating a story, as they did on execution.

Nice execution, pleasant music, but not sure if the message is loud & clear.

Overall I liked it and thought it was well done. Kind of agree with the comment about creating a better storyline. Still, I liked it.
Long spot, great photography.
