so predictable

I don't think people would see that coming. Particularly when they watch it without the name of the commercial written above it.

Funny!

exactly, can be predictable once you read the name of the commercial before.

ahhhm... nice, but I think i saw this idea before for the german travel company TUI... With the coach of the german national football team Jogi Loew.
Here the YouTube link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZMY2Iqcc5g
Sorry there is no version with subtitles...but in the end he says something like "there's no need to make a fuss just because I'm here..." and she answers "sorry...and you are?" so they didnt even notice that he was a celebrity, it's just the way they treat all their customers...

I think this idea is pretty similar to this one here...

"feel like a star" daki vurgu. adama o kadar ilgi alaka varki kendini bi halt sanıyo, aynada gördüğü kendisi zaten, büyü bozuluyor hesabı. :)

The idea is okay, I suppose. Kevin Costner is his usual cute self. But the singer and the lyricist must crawl back under the rock whence they came. Way beyond cringeworthy. In your face offensive. Next.

Its ridiculous that a company like Turkish airways builds its strategy on something which is NOT TRUE. I have travelled with many airlines, but have never experienced such a bad service like Turkish Airways has.
And how can an advertising agency run a campaign which is not built on reality? This is the most unprofessional thing. What is the agency called? Art Grup? Creative Director: Fredik Callingazzard? Strategic planner - Secil? Not only you Guys don’t know your brand, but also don’t know shit about branding.

To the PP:

I am sure you know a lot about branding and advertising... However, what you call as "Not True", is actually an effort to "Tangiblize" an "Intangible" aspect of airline service... e.g., how this airline cares for you as someone special, even if you are just a regular joe... I do find a problem in execution... they show a passenger in First/Business Class... So he's not really an ordinary joe... It would have been interesting to see how they could show "Special" treatment in the "Cattle class"... Just my 2 cents...

Turkish Airlines seem to be forgetting one the golden rules of marketing – everyone hates Muslims. Furthermore, showing Muslims around planes is always a bad idea. If the airline wants to increase revenue, it should change its name and logo in order to try and avoid people making the association between the airline and Islam.
