Reality Check replies: (***SPOILER***) The laptop owners response is initially the knee-jerk way you would respond to a damaged computer then, upon remembering or realizing his guarantee, he switches gears mid-reaction to a more positive outburst.
To your point, it's not very clear (particularly as the protagonist doesn't enunciate the positive words clearly) and it took me a couple viewings to get it.
