The reason why the copy should've been different because if the visuals could be specific to the area (eg. Winnipeg) so could the copy be more specific to the place. It'd have made this so much nicer.

The reason why it's the same copy is because the cable buy targets specific cities. If you're in Winnipeg, you see the Winnipeg spot.
