The Ladders ads may be good but the company is a fraud. They promise only "100K jobs for 100K people" but they do nothing to screen and ensure that this is the case. Even worse, most of their jobs are not exclusives but are simply culled ("hacked") from other PUBLIC job boards, but they charge $30 a month for this "service.
Good ads don't make a good service out of a fraud, and possibly illegal business.
