Nice approach, no idea. And what a terrible choice for a V/O! Sounds like your local morning man trying to sell you used tires.
I assume they had a limited budget and decided to make a dull ad out of cartoon stills. No matter how different the visual approach, it still isn't a concept.
Theres not reason to use 50s-60s cartoons to do this... isnt it?
