strategy seems to be like the uk marines stuff - "99.99% need not apply) - a campaign i really liked. execution not so much.

Which in and of itself was a copy of the US Marine Corps recruitment posters from late 1971 till 1984. I believe the head lines were

"We don't promise you a rose garden."

"If everyone could get in, it wouldn't be the Marines."

"Looking for a few good men."

"If you wanted to be one of the boys, just be one of the boys."
