no rip off. that would make a hundred vignette-spots a rip off of this commercial - and this vw-spot a rip off of a hundred spots before. i admit the line at the end is quiet similar, but that's all for me.
btw: this "coldness" spot can't even compare enough to be a rip off. it's just badly made and the message is no wham like here. coldness brings you closer, but doesn't make you feel warmer. ask the poor penguins around the egdes :P
