A bit of a letdown of a line at the end. But the visual storytelling more than makes up for it. Maybe they had a different line in the original spot (in Portugese)?
I like how they brought back humanity into the issue. I remember my very first mentor in advertising (back in the early 90's, cough cough..) telling me to make every ad "personal" as much as possible.
Very memorable spot.
