i think you should watch it again..this ad is amazing
I love the photography. It feels really nice. But the twist, so unexpected, in the end, spoils the whole thing. Its a nice thought, but the wrap-up should have been better.

it's pretty and it's artistic and I think it gets the point across well.

These guys looked very closely to a Volkswagen Polo commercial from 1995(!). Shot in black & white(!) you see several people, young and old(!), thin and fat (the fat one in slow motion!!!) being stung with a pencil in their side. This is to show that we're all equally vulnerable. Than you cut to a shot from the Polo being hit by a crash-test-thing to show the advantage of the cage (Cannes-winner, Eurobest etc.).
Too many elements to make it a coincidence to my opinion, although I see that the idea is slighty different.
Got the message, cool cinematography treatment.
this feels like a dali or early lynch movie. cool to see something like this in an ad!
great imagery, cool audio design, incredible editing, strong pay off.
