That's what I thought too. Weird.
It seems like it should either be ONE evolution, or a bunch. But as-is it leaves me feeling like I need to know more about tires to "get" that that middle evolution is.

...Sorry of that ... The agency ask me for a 15 sec wich is veeery short , i was more for 5 or 6 steps with several backgrounds but sometimes we don't have any choice ...
