Like it.
A tad literal, but that's not a problem.
Visual treatment engages and involves the 'public' nicely.
Good result, especially considering all those 'Charity' limitations.

Perhaps what it means that for every train ticket sold, a portion of how much you bought it for would be donated to help fund research to raise a cure for cancer.
