The ads were banned from the Superbowl when Peta tried to submit them to Fox. The network turned down $4.2 million from Norfolk-based PETA, which sought to broadcast two ads targeting Kentucky Fried Chicken. The spots were to air during Super Bowl XLII, which had its biggest audience ever with nearly 100 million viewers.

Nice and dark, but shouldn't PETA be spending $4.2 mil on something more practical? We all know that advertising doesn't work.

i think KFC bribed Fox to save their asses..
