Hehe, funny commercial (that probably costed heaps of money). Still I believe there is Coca Cola promotion in this as well.

Interesting to see the 0Cal battle finally admit it's oneupmanship, not product difference or benefits. I'm all for seeing these products throw forests of cash into the hole for no reason whatsoever, but I don't really see how they expect anyone to switch brands. This is all a bit like two megabillionaires taunting each other with how big a burning dollar mountain they can buid. Interesting, but pointless.
this is like free ad for coke.
I listen to this song and I think Gap. Sorry. Chiat used to do great stuff, what happened to them?
Funny, very funny.
And Guest, where are you?
did they just pull this out of a time capsule from 1980? holy shady acres. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ff3Q5Qp9FJ0
good lord.... the mugging to camera...the celeb sellout...oneupmanship...the clunky editing.
i want that minute back.
At least that had the balls to infer it had more caffeine. This one doesn't bother pretending there's a difference.
It's the 80's man, the 80's was beautiful man...
I could have been funnier with Snoop Dog the coolest. :)

so pepsi pretty much hates BBDO because all they wanted to do was more high-budget 1985 joe pytka ads and went to chiat, who is doing more high-budget 1985 joe pytka ads. man, this is depressing.
I find it hilarious that one of the CD's on this (who isn't listed) is calling for it to pull silver in the shows...

Ha ha good find, this guy is such an asshole...
I think they should call up, argentinian agency Santo, to do both Coke and Pepsi ads worldwide.
