They're only pointing out once more they are having a clean up. At least, that's what I remember from this commercial.

It says, The whole thing is not so bad. In fact, where's the problem? Notice how clean everthing is. No oil anywhere. Clean white little suits.

It's great food for the denial machine, maybe. But if it helps attract more people go to the gulf and care about the gulf? Great.
