Waste of time and money.
I love the fact that they named the ad "waltz" (relating to a traditional referee). But beside this, the copy and the voice are pretty annoying and the execution a bit to "american" for a German brand.
It's the first time I see a CEO in the credits. Hey CEO, what did you do exactly?
Good for M-B for not taking a direct shot back at Audi. M-B is the leader, take the shots and bite back subtly, don't legitimize Audi.
