McDonald's didn't introduce sundaes until the late 1970s. I remember getting a free sample in Kingston, Ontario, (one of their major test markets) at the time.
I know it's a stupid little detail, but it distracted me from the rest of the spot.
I was more worried about what the combination of a McNugget and that "ice cream" is doing to that woman's unborn child.
A disturbing image indeed.
Sentimental Mcdonalds deja vu. Nothing new.
Yep.
It's on brand, but the brand is insidious.
I was more worried on how their rubbish food is bad for your health - it doesn't make you feel precisely younger
it distracted me from the rest of the spot.
I actually like this spot. It connected with me, and brought back a number of fond memories of experiences I've had at McD's over the years. The McD's birthday party. The post game meal with your team. The pregnant wife with mind-boggling McD's cravings. It even made me forget, albeit only momentarily, that I'm not a fan of their food. Seems like a win to me.
Excellent Ad... I like it... Yes at places it is technically wrong as is pointed out by Tom Megginson but still overall it's a nice concept that has been executed well... Nothing new but great work nonetheless ...
Amateur for life!
Terrible ad. It's literally creepy when something huge and monstrous tries to act emotionally and fails in it. So it is like.. like... like... Ronald McDonald.

I like the ad even if we can complain about the technical details of it.,
A brand like McDonalds makes me go "awwww". Great ad.
