I hadn't heard of ibabel.me before I saw this ad. Having seen the ad, I don't know what ibabel.me is or whether it can be useful for me.
If the ad made it clear what ibabel is, potential customers would be more likely to become customers, wouldn't they?
Having said that, I only understood the English words in the script, so if all is made clear in one of the other languages and if the ad is aimed at people who speak that language, then maybe it's fine.

Needs subtitles otherwise how do they expect the audience to speak Russian and Chinese?

I think that's the idea. You don't need to understand what they're saying to get that it's an ad for some type of language learning service. But still, I don't think it's a very strong idea. A poor mix of goofy and creepy.
Great spot even without the subtitles...
well, gentlemen as educated & erudite as you undoubtedly are - it WORKS and that's all that matters at the end of the day.
Besides goofy, creepy humor sells. So there.
THERE'S NO HEAVIER BURDEN THAN A GREAT POTENTIAL
not sure about the russian but i don't think that girl was speaking proper chinese.
Good idea. The director's treatment could have been better.
Works well, but for sure one small line at the end could help a lot.
hahahahahah, i like it, that splurt of blood was a lil nasty though
