wtf.... horrible, overacting, too long, copycat idea but badly done, very cheesy humor, and I can go on and go on.
I think its quite good. Remember the Carry On films? I think its very tongue in cheek and done quite well. You have also got to think about the client and the brand. Taken a little more seriously this could have been verging on bad porn, but it looks like the client has allowed the agency to push the boundaries of white goods advertising without damaging this. Yes, there are better ads out there, but this is a washing machine ad after all! Looking across the web it seems to be getting quite a lot of press. I rather think Hoover and the agency have succeeded fulfilling what is after all - a viral video.

Creatively speaking, this is a breath of fresh air. I like boundaries to be pushed without being vulgar. I like the tongue in cheek approach and the cheekiness of the campaign. I also did not know that Hoover made washing machines? Was this on TV as the press talk about web only
