seriously guys.. why is everyone loving it?? what are u loving? besides the rhyming, which kind of makes it sound like a poem..
simple animation, no twist (other than the visual one with the frame)... the story is as straightforward as it gets... there also doesn't seem to be a purpose for animating it. could have been shot... with exactly the same effect.. a regular ad...

Dude, it's an ad that is selling insurance which is boring. As an insurance company, how do you get away from boring without being silly or stupid while still maintaining serious concern for your client's needs? Establish charm and warmth through this animation style. The use of rhyme serves to counter the inherent boring seriousness of the message.
It's a simple solution which, although not very exciting, is very effective. There may be other ways of doing it but this one works well.
If it were shot with regular people, it would have been very forgettable.
