hilarious but a bit too random and disconnected for it to be anything more than just a good ad.
humor for humor's sake

Do you ever read what you type at times?
What does "anything more than just a good ad" mean?

id like to ask you the same question.

"great" would be one adjective.
"amazing" another

it's funny and nicely executed, so it's good. but it's not great or amazing cus it's a random, disconnected joke.

Just good is good enough sometimes.

im not really sure what that means.
it's good enough to be a good, it's a solid ad that works - solely because of the good humor and the good execution of that humor.

but it's not good enough to be a great ad that will be memorable and make you say "wow, good job guys. just, good job. kudos." because that humor doesnt connect well enough to the product.
that's all im really saying, i dont know if or why you read anything more than that..

it seems that they just think of good joke about old MacDonald and then glued it to their not so impressive and never emotional message
