Anyone else having trouble with a shirt that says 'Member'? Maybe it's the fact it's slang for penis that worries me, or the fact that banks round my way have customers, not fanclubs, or the fact in some of the vids all you can see most of the time is 'member' and not the client name. That said, it's a cute series that does get across the fact there are a lot of 'normal people' out there...

Not sure I'm buying any such thing as a bank that really gets and cares that people are individuals. But if that's what this client wants to say… that's what they got. Definitely gets through the clutter of other bank advertising, but I dunno… is there research saying people are ready for 'kooky' banks? Don't people want to know there bank is like a grown-up instead of a nutty role-playing trickster?

Still—I like it. Maybe it is the right thing for a bank to say right now.

Just caught the addition of 'member owned' in one of the other ads. That kind of makes a difference to the sanity of the series. It's not in this one - an oversight?
